London, 10th September 2013 – M&G Investments has selected automation products HeathView and HeathDeploy from Heathwest Systems.
Application Release Automation tool HeathDeploy will speed up software roll-outs at the investment company, making them quicker and more accurate and reducing deployment times from hours to minutes.
HeathView will be used to monitor the company’s applications, alerting the application support team to potential system glitches in real-time.

Can I have one without the other?
No. HeathView and HeathDeploy are both essential elements of the HeathSuite.
What is the architecture of the HeathSuite?
The HeathSuite consists of three components, a central Engine and multiple Agents and Clients.
Each server under HeathSuite's control needs an Agent and there are both graphical and command-line real time Clients to be used by individual users as a front end to the system. Both Agents and Clients connect to the central Engine.
What are the systems requirements?
Engine: Windows 2000 or above
Client: Windows XP or above and .NET 2
Agent: Windows 2000 or above, RedHat 6 or above, Solaris 10 or above (x86 and SPARC)
Do you support any other systems?
Yes, there are also beta Agents running on Fedora, CentOS and Apple Mac OS X. We can make an Agent port for other systems on request. We plan to port the Engine as well. The Clients will continue to be Windows-based.
Does the HeathSuite framework have any other system requirements, ie. databases or middleware?
No. Due to our zero-software stack approach, the server components (Engine and Agent) do not depend on any other technologies or middleware. The in-memory datastore and real time client messaging is all built in to the Engine executable, making it extremely simple to install and use.
Is the HeathSuite Cloud-enabled?
As long as the Engine can access the Agents on the cloud machines using TCP/IP, it will work equally well in a In-Premises or cloud (Private/Public/Hybrid) environment.
Does Heathwest provide the HeathSuite as a Cloud service?
We do not currently provide our software as a Cloud service, but this is something we are investigating.
